Each distributor’s business scope is strictly limited to its contracted authorized territory. Disorderly competition, cross-territory order poaching and vicious price wars are prohibited to safeguard partners’ returns on market investment and long-term operational confidence.

Local engineering projects may be filed with headquarters in advance for exclusive locking. Once filed successfully, the project enjoys exclusive protection; other distributors are forbidden to undercut prices and poach orders maliciously.
For Tier 1 core exclusive markets such as Vietnam and Central Asia, headquarters will not authorize additional competing agents within the territory during the cooperation term to guarantee exclusive operating rights.
