1.What is the production cycle of your regular products？

Our production cycle depends on the order specifications and quantities. Under normal circumstances, the standard model takes about 15 to 25 days. If there are customized requirements, the production time may be extended by 5 to 10 days. We will confirm the specific delivery date with you before production to ensure on-time delivery.

2.Do your products support customization? Which aspects can be customized?

We have a professional R&D team and automated production lines. We support OEM/ODM customization services, including appearance color, LOGO marking, functional parameters, special dimensions or uses. We will confirm all the customization details with the customer before production.

3.Do your products have international certifications?

Our products have passed international certifications such as CE and ISO, and we can provide test reports and certificates. For instance, for diesel forklifts, we have EPA and Euro V engine test reports; for electric forklifts, we have battery-related export test reports. Ensure compliance with the quality and safety requirements of the export countries and regions.

4. How long is the warranty period of your products?

We offer a one-year warranty for the entire machine (five years for lithium batteries). During the warranty period, for faults that are not caused by human factors, you can enjoy free replacement of parts service. Meanwhile, it supports 7* 24-hour remote technical guidance, has a sufficient inventory of spare parts, and can be dispatched quickly after placing an order.
